This policy explains what data FuseOut (iOS and Android) processes, why, and your rights.
1. Game account and our server
FuseOut never asks for your email, phone number or a password. On first launch the app creates a random player account for you on our server (xyzapps.net), recognised by a secret key generated on your device. If you are signed in to Game Center (iOS) or Google Play Games (Android), this account is linked to the player ID verified by that platform, so your progress is backed up and moves to a new device. Our server stores:
- a random player ID and, if linked, your Game Center / Play Games player ID,
- your player name shown on the leaderboard (a default like "Player1234"; you can change it, and your Game Center / Play Games name may be used at first),
- your level results (stars, moves, time) and a small cloud save (hint count, levels won).
Your player name and total stars are visible to other players on the in-app public leaderboard. Settings, theme choice and the state of your "No Ads" purchase are also kept on your device.
2. Game statistics (analytics)
To improve the game (for example, to see which level is too hard) the app sends anonymous gameplay events to our server: level start / finish / restart, hint and ad use, theme changes, app version, platform and language. These events are tied only to a random install ID that is deleted with the app; your name, email or advertising ID are never attached. Raw events are kept for at most 400 days. If the app crashes or hits an unexpected error, the error type, a short summary of where in the code it happened and the app version are sent the same way.
The same gameplay events are also sent to Google's Firebase Analytics. Firebase processes an app-specific ID (app instance ID), device model, operating system, language, approximate country/city derived from the IP address and in-app purchases. We use this to measure how the app is used and how many installs and engagements our ad campaigns (Google Ads) bring. On iOS, if you didn't allow tracking, Firebase does not use the advertising identifier (IDFA). Firebase data is kept according to Google's retention settings; details: Firebase privacy.
3. Ads
The app shows ads through Google AdMob, which may use your advertising ID (IDFA / Android advertising ID), device information, IP address and approximate location to show and measure ads and prevent abuse. Personalized ads require consent (a consent form in the EU/UK/Switzerland, App Tracking Transparency on iOS); without it you see non-personalized ads. Where required, you can change your ad consent under Settings → Privacy options; on iOS you can also change tracking permission in iOS Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking. The "No Ads" purchase turns off banner and interstitial ads; optional rewarded ads remain. Details: Google Privacy Policy.
4. Purchases
The "No Ads" purchase is made through the App Store / Google Play and payment is handled by Apple / Google. We never see card or payment details; ownership is stored only on your device and can be restored from the store with "Restore purchases".
5. Notifications
If you allow it, the app schedules local reminder notifications on your device (at most one a day). No data leaves your device for this; you can turn them off in Settings.
6. Third parties
- Google (AdMob ads, Firebase Analytics and Google Ads measurement, Google Play purchases, Play Games sign-in)
- Apple (App Store purchases, Game Center sign-in)
- We don't sell your data or share it with anyone except where required by law.
7. Data deletion
In the app, Settings → "Delete my account" permanently deletes your player account, name, leaderboard entry, level results and cloud save from our server, and resets progress on the device. Email us if you want your analytics events deleted too. Details: data deletion page.
8. Your rights
Contact us with any question about your rights under GDPR or KVKK.
9. Children
FuseOut is intended for a general audience. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 13.
