This policy explains what data is processed when you use Rollo: One-Line Puzzle (iOS and Android), why, and what your rights are.
1. Stored on your device
Your level progress, hint balance, settings (sound, music, vibration, theme, language) and the status of the "No Ads" purchase are stored only on your device. They are not sent to us or to any other server. Deleting the app deletes them.
2. Analytics (Firebase)
To improve the game and to measure how many installs our ad campaigns (Google Ads) bring, we use Google's Firebase Analytics. Events sent: level start and completion, getting stuck, hint and rewarded-ad usage, store visits and in-app purchases. Alongside these, Firebase processes an app-specific ID (app instance ID), device model, operating system, language and approximate country/city derived from the IP address. On iOS, the advertising identifier (IDFA) is not used unless you allow tracking.
3. Advertising (Google AdMob)
The app is free and shows ads through Google AdMob. AdMob may use data such as the advertising identifier (IDFA / Android advertising ID), device information, IP address and approximate location to serve and measure ads and to prevent abuse. For personalised ads, a consent form is shown in the EU, UK and Switzerland, and App Tracking Transparency permission is requested on iOS. If you decline, non-personalised ads are shown. Where required, you can change your consent under "Privacy options" in the app's Settings, and iOS tracking permission under iOS Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking. 4. Purchases
"No Ads" and hint packs are sold through the App Store / Google Play and payments are processed by Apple / Google. We never see your card or payment details.
5. Children
The app is intended for a general audience and is not directed at children under 13. Ads are limited to Google's "general audiences" (PG) content rating.
6. Retention and deletion
On-device data is deleted when you delete the app. Firebase and AdMob data is kept according to Google's retention periods. To request deletion of analytics data, see data deletion.
7. Your rights

8. Changes
If we update this policy, the date on this page changes.
